Loving God first with heart, soul and mind includes and can be expressed in having an enthusiasm and exuberance for many things in life. God's desire is for His people to live life to the fullest and to flourish, having good health and prosperity, among many other blessings. Resolutions and goals selected with love for God and done thoughtfully in prayer can be life enhancing and enriching. Ecclesiastes 9:10 says, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might," and similarly, Colossians 3:23 and 24 state, "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." - by Pete Miller

BIYAYA ELECTS AND ORDAINS FOUR NEW ELDERS

The Lord had chosen four more servant leaders to lead the Biyaya Congregation in the coming years. Ordination was held last December 18, 2011 during a special Sunday Worship Service. "I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength." - Philippians 4:13

Let's look after God's creation ... saving your soda cans and other recyclable items not only promotes awareness and participation in harvesting trash to create renewable and reusable products, but also helps raise money for Biyaya's building fund campaign.


Make it a habit! Join Biyaya in her recycling and building fund campaign by donating recyclable items and be a part of a greater mission to reach out and care for God's creation..

CONGRATULATIONS, BIYAYA! 2009 Walton Award Recipient

    Biyaya was awarded the 2009 Sam & Helen R. Walton Award. The award is granted to a new church development congregation in order to assist them in acquiring a site for mission and ministry. For more information, check out the August 2009 issue of the "Connections" here.
